In RV service and repair, accurate diagnostics and technical knowledge make the difference between simply replacing parts and correctly resolving the problem. At Craig’s Campground Care, I combine hands-on experience, systematic troubleshooting, and continued technical education to provide dependable RV maintenance and repair services.
As the owner and lead technician, I work with a wide range of RV manufacturers, systems, appliances, and components. My experience includes 12-volt DC and 120-volt AC electrical systems, battery and charging systems, plumbing and water systems, propane systems, furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, refrigerators, RV appliances, slide-out systems, and other essential coach components.
My diagnostic approach focuses on identifying the root cause of a failure before recommending repairs. This includes electrical testing, voltage and continuity verification, circuit and component evaluation, propane system diagnostics, operational testing, manufacturer troubleshooting procedures, and verification of system performance following repairs.
From preventive maintenance and routine service to intermittent electrical problems, appliance failures, plumbing concerns, climate-control issues, and more complex system diagnostics, each job is approached methodically and with attention to detail.
When manufacturer technical assistance is required, I work with available technical support resources, service documentation, wiring diagrams, specifications, and diagnostic procedures to help determine the appropriate repair path.
My goal is straightforward: diagnose accurately, repair professionally, communicate clearly, and verify proper operation before the job is considered complete.

At Craig’s Campground Care, I believe exceptional RV service requires more than hands-on ability—it requires a strong understanding of how RV systems are designed to operate, the ability to diagnose failures accurately, and a commitment to continued technical education.
While much of my experience has been developed through hands-on diagnostics and real-world repairs, I have strengthened that practical knowledge through formal classroom instruction, technical training, and industry certification.
As a graduate of the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA), I have completed comprehensive training in RV service and repair. My education includes the operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of critical RV systems, including 12-volt DC and 120-volt AC electrical systems, propane systems, plumbing, water heaters, furnaces, air conditioning, refrigerators, appliances, and other major RV components and systems.
Formal training provides the technical foundation, but experience in the field develops the ability to apply that knowledge. Every diagnostic challenge and repair provides an opportunity to further understand system operation, recognize failure patterns, and improve troubleshooting techniques.
My professional development is ongoing. I continue to pursue additional classroom and hands-on training to remain current with evolving RV technologies, manufacturer procedures, diagnostic methods, safety requirements, and industry standards. I am also working toward completing RV Inspection Certification training, further expanding my ability to provide detailed and objective evaluations of RV systems and overall condition.
